Warning please

Dear FNB,

I know that you always put the client first, but changing your internet banking site without no warning is scarry. THen the OTP send to me is incorrect and I got myself log out. Try to reset my password, had to phone Internet banking and they could not even help me. What is going on.

You hear so many times of people going into duplicate bank account sites and get rip off, how do I know this is also not just a scheme?? then the computer ask for your card number and pin, is this normal?

Please reset my password immediately.
