Expired Card upgraded but conditions not explained

"I got a call from some guy towards the end of last month (June) telling me my credit card is about to expire. He then asked me how much my salary was, and then told me he will send me a platinum card. I was happy however he didn't tell me about these ridiculous fees, e.g Visa Card Fee R600. If I had known I was not going to take this card. To make matters worse, I also received a petrol card (charges R135). Not even knowing how this works, I asked the consultant why am I getting two cards because I only know about one card which is the credit card. I took it, I didn't know about the fees that I had to pay for this as well. And because of all of this I had an over limit fee of R220.

Now I am used to paying only between R600 - R700 a month for the credit card, but this month I had to pay > R2200."

This is the email I sent to FNB on tuesday to get this sorted, however up until now I haven't received a call, an email nothing.

I think it's time for me look for another bank.
