To whom it may concern.
I have been experiencing serious debit orders from ABSA whereas I don't bank with them anymore. The last I banked with them was in 2010 and ever since been with FNB.
Firstly the debit order of R58 took place the whole of 2012 under ABSA-life trc11 which I reported at FNB. They couldn't trace it, but stopped the debit. I then went to ABSA to complain about it, they couldn't also trace it and advised that my bank should somehow stop debit.
Now in June 2013, same thing has started again, a debit order of R58.00 under ABSA life 6608173279.
Please may ABSA explain what's happening and how did they get access to my banking details as I don't have a bank account with them or taken any policies.
I would also like ABSA to refund me all these monies which were deducted from my FNB account.
