I had to phone Virgin Card division this morning to request a new card as my card was damaged last night. I spoke to Hannes who was quick and efficient and the whole process of ordering the card took less then 5 minutes. I was told that the card would arrive within 7 workiing days. The whole process was such a pleasure. And to top it off Virgin still dont charge yearly fees and hve great credit interest rates.by far the best and cheapest credit card option in SA.
