I was having problems with my debit card and i had tried going to the branch where a consultant called Happy at enquiries at small street told me basically that i need to go somewhere else. i called the contact centre 4 times when finally a consultant called Tumi apologised and helped me effeciantly. He did all he could to calm me down and took responsibility of the problem and actually managed to put a smile on my face after a fustrating attempt to get assisitance.
