Poor serive after empty promises

In december 2012 deductions went off and then off again in january etc etc (which wasthe second time this happend)... so i ended up with an - amount in my acount as im on maternity leave and thought the extra money in my account was my UIF payment, i made arangements with an Olivia on monday to pay the - amount off monthly starting end of this month, i was told it would take 2 to 3 days to clear the - amount. yesterday i phoned as the minus is not off and i had money paid into my account and was assured it would be sorted by today after speeking to 2 supervisior and a bunch of call centre people. Capitec went form best company 2012 to worst company before january 2013 is even over. Their client service is! no one knows what the other one is doing! i WILL NOT recomend banking with Capitec to anyone... the make mistakes, you pay! they make false arangements, you pay! and then the best is the advertisement on DSTV "updated sms" may i please this know what happend to thos wonderful updated sms in December as they werent very up to date then!!! If my account is not sorted soon you capitec can gladly take me to court as i will leave the minus as is and go to a diffrent bank!!!
