DISCREPANCY - MONEY ERRORNEOUSLY PAID INTO MY ACC

I was contacted last week by Mr. Mlungisi Ngubane, a RTC consultant at your Johannesburg branch i.c. with money being erroneously paid into my account. I was expecting payment, when the money reflected in my ABSA account, I immediately came to the conclusion it was the money owed by my employer, it was for the exact amount. Mr. Ngubane`s version was, after I notified him of my situation and position regarding this, it is a error committed on their part, but that the money doesnt belong to me or my employer. a Argument which I can understand, but I`m not a client, nor do I see it as my problem. I`m a single mom, with no steady income, even though employed on full-time basis. I'm also under the impression, by my employer who IS a client of Fnb, that I might be soon out of a job. I`m in no position to make any offer (Mr. Ngubane`s offering on BEHALF of Fnb) and or be subjected to the obligation for any financial arrangements to pay this money back to you as Fnb. Mr. Ngubane admitted per email the fault was Fnb`s, and should accept full responsibility for the mistake made, not victimize me as a non-Fnb client. Otherwise I have to resource this to the Ombudsman. I know my rights.
