Last year (2012) in November I put it an offer to purchase for a Quicksell property from FNB. The approval was done in December and ever since then I am yetl to get the property registered. I have made numerous calls to the attorney handling the matter "namford inc" and every time i called the attorneys I was told that they are still waiting for FNB to get back to them, there is nothing much they can do. I am not sure who to even speak to in FNB. Quicksell has now become more of a slooow sell as it is now May 2013 and the property is still unregistered.
Not even sure anymore if it is the attorney or indeed FNB is slowing all processes down.
I feel sorry for my cousin who is about to sign for a bond with FNB.
