Unauthorised withdrawal

On the 29 April 2013 I had R7484.70 in my account. On the 30 april at 8:51 I received an sms notification about withdrawal of R3000 from my account in Sharpvile. Because I live in Nigel and my card was with me I went to the bank to inquire about what was happenning. I show them the msg and the lady who assisting me took my old card after making a phone I believe to the call centre. She cut my. Old card and gave me the new without explaining anything. I took the new card and ask her when am I goin to get my money back she said I will be contacte within 14 days. On Friday 3 April received a call from capitec saying my claim had been declined I asked why she said there no proof that there a copy of my card made because I applied for a new card on the 30 of April I explained to this lady what happened and the reason for a new card promised to call me before the end of the day but she didn't. Monday I called again I was jus told my claim had been declined. Please help me I need my money back
