Trying to cancel membership!

I decided to cancel my Multiply and Virgin active membership as I will not find this service valuable and called the call centre on the 23rd Jan13 to request the multiply membership and Virgin active membership be cancelled. Themba from the call centre advised me that it will be done (no problem) ...
