Travelling to Joburg, I realised I had forgotten my locks on my bags. At the bag drop I asked for cable ties, but they had none left. I went across to another airline, where Clinton was assisting passengers at the automatic check in terminal. The whole issue was complicated by me having a bad throat infection and being unable to speak! He told me he would find some and was gone for a good 10 minutes. He must have had to go far, because when he came back I could see he was a bit out of breath! He gave me a handful of cable ties. What kindness he showed me, and the trouble he took to assist me is rare in today's world. Thank you Clinton, your help was appreciated more than you will ever know.
