On the 5th February I received the latest member fee statement from Flexi club; on scrutiny it appears not to reflect the totals as per confirmation mail received on the 11th January from Goolam Haniff and paid made on the same day. It is of great concern that my numerous complaints with regards to the incorrect statement has been ignored by Flexi club to date, not even an acknowledge receipt.
At the moment Flexi Club harass me with countless intimidating phone calls, most of the time when I answer the call is canceled, and threats about outstanding monies. I have appeal to the Call Centre operator (s), that they should furnish me a correct email or their email address, that I may forward them my unanswered mails, that they can investigate my concern (s) and get back to me with regards to the incorrect account, but all my pleas to date were fruitless.
Looking at all the complaints on HelloPeter and other web pages; Flexi Club's proficiency and unprofessionalism, as far as customer satisfaction is concerned, leaves a lot to desire.
