Ridiculous demands

First of all, I understand why Golden Arrow Bus drivers, feel that they deserve more money, and Home allowance, cost of living is more, pointless to work, and not see the fruits of your labor. Meanwhile, us regular bustravellers, had to be at the Town Center, 05h30, to stand in mile long ques, and, in my case, take five taxis, total of R45 a day, to get to work and back home from Bellville. At the end of the day, when they're management agrees to meet their demands, it will be our Bus tickets, that will be increased, to afford their demands. What happens to the tickets we purchased before the strike, more waste of money! On a different note, why can't plastic cards be implemented, that you just swipe, like a phone card, instead of this old, cardboard tickets, that look disgusting when it gets wet!
