Why on earth does one still need to fill in so much detail EVERY TIME one book a ticket on SAA.
Are you guys from the dark ages or do you enjoy wasting your loyal customers time to require the to FILL IN ALL THE DATA, frequent flier numbers, adress, tel nu and all this OVER AND OVER AGAIN for each booking. It takes me 45 minutes to do a booking with you and I still do not know if has gone through or not.
No wonder you guys are making a loss - just for this you deserve to go BANG - SAA is from the middle ages - while everybody else open a profile, SAA IS SLEEPING! SAA should be scrapped and a new national airline be created who is not so slow and sleepy.
No wander your staff is so grumpy. Look at the web site bookings of BA - look a the friendly and professional approach of BA! SAA should be closed down.
