Kulula took my money but no booking

Booked a flight with my cheque card but the booking system said it had a problem and could not process the booking method, then the money is debited from my account. So now I have no money and no booking!!!
The IT dept need to sort it out. Why change a perfect system... just to charge R35 now to pick a seat???
The site still says you can pay at checkers which is untrue. It's insane that you can't pay with a debit cheque card. They say the old site was so 1980's but the new one belongs in the dark ages.
Please give me back my money!!!
