I flew back to Jbg this Wednesday evening after a business trip to Cape Town. What a wonderful [& unexpected experience]. Firstly, the Mango check in desk had sufficient Tellers to keep the Clients' wait down to only a couple of minutes. [unlike another low-cost airline who kept me waiting for 25 minutes at OR Thambo on Monday morning! ] They [Mango] started the boarding process early & we arrived in Jbg 25 minutes ahead of schedule. With an added bonus of a friendly, helpful attitude by ground staff & air crew alike, it was an altogether an experience worth sharing. Thank you Mango!
