They ate my money

I tried to book a flight through [URL Removed] call their call centre and the lady who assisted me made the payment methods very simple after I reserved my flights online, she told me I can pay directly at the bank (cash deposit) or EFT and hence I was battling with my EFT, I rushed to the bank to deposit the money and sent the slip to the email address she gave me [Email Removed] and only to find out my flight was not confirmed and I had to pay another money (R4050) and up to today, I am still waiting for my R3120 refund. I am sick and tired of waiting because I need my money. I will never ever use this airline, I will also discourage a lot of my clients to travel with this airline.
