After a family tragedy which is private and confidential I today had to cancel my flight to CT from JHB.
The call centre operator simply said "zero refund" and asked if there was anything else they could help me with.
Having spent over two thousand rand (including extra luggage) I was taken aback that Kulula was unwilling to reimburse a single cent nor give me a credit on the system for a future flight to CT.
Kulula has always been my airline of choice and after excellent past service I will now change my airline if this is their attitude towards customers who have already been emotionally distressed due to a family tragedy and then receive complete disinterest at the call centre.
Please advise (Booking code is GRUSJI (Lanseria to Cape Town return this week-end).
