Hallow everyone, I need advise on the similar situation but mine is worse, I took a Citiliner bus from Durban to Midrand on the 06th of September 2013, on our arrival at Park Station they told us we need to change the bus, when i jumped off my two bags were or taken but they were not in that luggage hold, the driver sent me to the office where they gave me a claim form. i filled it and submitted it, i think my estimation was around R3800, I only got a feedback yesterday only after I called them, they sent me an email that they can only give me R5OO since I don't have receipts for my things. What should I do as I lost way more than R500.00.
