My wife and i bought two tickets to London on 13 Oct 2012 and we are suppose to flight on 29 March 2013!
Unfortunely my wife and i are getting a divorce! ( One of the reasones why I am not going to London anymore)
I've being trying sins the beginning of Jan 2013 to get a refund!
Lorraine that sold us the tickets never told us about a refundable and nonrefundable tickets!
She sold us a nonrefundale ticket without telling us that, if we try and cancel our ticket we won't be able to get our money back!!!
I just feel that there is enough time for them to re-name or to re-sell the tickets!
