MyCiti ruined Myday!!!

For a company that claims that it is here for the people, this service definitely needs a major improvement. Get some drivers who actually obey the rules of the road for a change. I have been taking this bus for a couple of months now and it is getting worse by the day. I am happy that the service is there, don't get me wrong but I have been on the bus, when the busdriver almost took out a pedestrian - completely bus drivers fault. The problem stems from the lack of care that the bus drivers (taxi drivers) give the general public, it is a surprise that the buses don't overtake in the yellow lane also?

This morning's incident pushed me over the edge though, I arrived after a very bumpy ride where we were all packed in like sardines and no other person could get onto the bus at any other stop after it left bayside towards cape town. I tapped my card to get out, gate doesnt open, Nice. Tell the woman there, she says to me I am stupid and wrong, so I tapped again, the card is deducted with triple the amount because I was told to swipe/tap again. IT me off completely, The people working for Myciti are a bunch of h34d5, they can not do their job like it is supposed to be done!
