My name is Tumelo Faith Makoanyane. I have been using PUTCO from Protea Glen - Sandton for more than 3 years and Ive met majority of rude drivers with very bad attitude. From January these year I am so impressed and still shocked. It is not only me. There is a driver by the name of Theka Lawrence who is driving 9409G bus from sandton to Protea Glen. I will realy like to thank PUTCO for employing such a VERY well mannered driver. He got a very good attitude and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I didnt even know his name and I have asked him today so that I can post these. I must say we need good drivers like him who knows and understand that the customer is the King. Guys, truely speaking I can even provide the recording, these guy is very energetic, well mannered and everyone understand him. Imagine how big is the bus but he greats everyone, I quote "Howzit my brother, Lovely, are you well my sister, Is everybody happy" everyone calls him LOVELY MY BROTHER, KEEP WELL my sister. Can PUTCO management do unanouced inspections to check the drivers behaviour. PLEASE PLEASE. I think these guy deserve a best driver with Customer Care. Im telling you guys.. Everyone knows these guy...
