Around October 2012 Biddulphs moved some furniture and boxes from there depot in PTA East to their depot in Cape Town. I personally delivered the goods to the depot and collected the goods from the depot in Cape Town. Upon collection, a box, numbered 71 and a leather Ottoman was missing. I reported it to the staff at the Cape Town depot who refered me to PTA. I reported the missing stuff to PTA, I personally visited the branch in November 2012 and mails were unanswered. Nobody cares and I am at a loss of an Ottoman (R4295) and a split Noritake crockery set. The value of the missing Noritake pieces is R3099.
