Bad service from SA Roadlink

BOOKED MY PEOPLE ON THIS BUS AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT, BUT OTHER BUSSES WERE FULL.

First off the bus was 3 1/2 hours late. The central booking office had no ideawhere the bus was. They were not aware that it was running late. The man on duty could not reach his supervisor, and no one there seemed to be able to make a desicion. The opperations manager apparently told the duty clerk to stop calling him.

AND NOW WHEN THE BUS EVENTUALLY ARRIVES IN PLET AT 0040 THE DRIVER REFUSES TO UPLOAD PASSENGERS AS THE BUS IS FULL. PHONED THE CENTRAL RESERVATIONS OFFICE WHO SAY THEY CANT GIVE OUT THE SUPERVISOR'S NUMBERS. I SUGGEST THAT HE CALL HIS SUPERIOR AND HAVE THEM CALL ME THEN. HE CALLED BACK TO INFORM ME THAT HIS 2 IMEDIATE SUPERIORS TELEPHONES ARE BOTH OFF.

HE DOES NOT HAVE THEIR HOME NUMBERS. IT SEEM AS THOUGH THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS FOR EMERGENCY ACTIONS. WHAT IF THERE IS AN ACCIDENT? APPARENTLY HE WILL GET HOLD OF THE OPS MANAGER WHO WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE BOSS'S HOUSE TO WAKE HIM UP? WHAT KIND OF OPPERATION ARE YOU RUNNING?? IS THERE NO SUPERVISOR WITH DECISION MAKING POWERS ON STANDBY?

I WONDER IF I WILL GET A RESPONSE TO THE MAIL I SENT THE
