I am disgusted to share with everyone out there in the world that [URL Removed] will lure you in for the "competitive" prices, and then hit you with a strangling terms and conditions policy that binds you with NO reasonable options.
I have flown many times before with Kulula and each time you go through the checkout process, there's an option to read the T&C's - which all look exactly the same, no font style difference, no highlights to indicate differences, nothing. WELL BE WARNED PEOPLE - these T&C's ARE VERY different, and depending on the class of flight you have selected, you could be throwing money down the drain!
I was scheduled to fly back on Sunday back to Cape Town, but unforeseen circumstances meant I had to return almost a week early. I called Kulula up and they informed me that the cost of changing my ticket would be R1995 - this I told them was ridiculous considering a newly bought ticket would only cost me R1849 for THE SAME FLIGHT!
I got brushed off with a "there's nothing we can do and your T&C's say..." - what a HORRIBLE experience.
