No Response on Customer complaints

We requested a booking through GTASA, which we never got any feedback on, every time they are busy with the booking, which never happened, then they to us by saying they did send us the booking but they never did, in the meantime they accused me of being incompetent and computer illiterate and deleting emails and then blaming them for not sending the info. Only when I asked for proof they eventually admitted that they never sent the booking detail, then they said they would remedy the problem, which never happened. I then advised them that they are in breach of the contract and have 30 days to remedy as per their contract, which also did not happen. I then advised them that they have failed to remedy and I demand a full refund plus interest. Then they came up with a "peace offering" which was absurd, and I advised them as such but no response since the 7th of Jan 2013.
