I booked a flight through a travel agent called Travel Start. I was going to Durban for the weekend on the 5th of April returning on the 9th of April. I sent numerous emails to them asking to reverse the transaction as i wouldn't require the travel tickets any longer. I always get their auto response saying that they will get back to me. I emailed on Sunday the 31st of April they responded and said that they would get back to me in 72 hours. the 72 hours has elapsed and no one has gotten back to me. Further more, when i booked for the travel ticket they deducted R180 and apparantly this amount wasn't suppose to have been deducted from my account be funny enough it has, they still have not gotten back to me about reversing the R180 they took without my permission.
I would never ever recommend their services to anyone. Form now on i will never ask them as a travel agent to do bookings for me.
