DISSATISFIED FIRST TIME KULULA PASSENGER

My familly had the following Booking Thu, Mar 21 8:20 PM 9:45 PM Flight 625 JNB to DUR .We got ONE SMS about a fligh delay to 8.40 the day before. On arrival at the airport at 16.30 on the 21st March2013, after waitng about 40 minutes in the check in queue we were notified that the flight was delayed to 9:40 PM. We than asked the lady who was assistng us with the book in if there was any possiblity of a standby on the eralier flights as we had our 2 kids aged 4 and 6 with us. She reffered us to ticket desk on the right. My wife spoketo a consultant Ivan who said there was no space available on the eralier flights. We waited 45 minutes and went to the Kulula desk on the left and the consultant informed us that the eralier flight which left at 19.00 had 16 empty seats but this had already left. We than returned to Ivan to address this and he was evasive and did not furnsih us with his full name. After some exhanges of his servicelack theroff we were forced to wait until about 21.30 with 2 tired kids in tow. After another half an hours wait in the plane we finally departed at 22.00 in the evening arriving an hour 23.00in KZN and hour and half later. EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE.
