We booked a ticket for a 2pm bus from Jhb to Dbn on the 25.09.2013 for the 27.09.2013.
Only to come find out two hours before the bus has to depart that apperently the tickets have cancelled since the previous week? No one bothers to call the d passenger before hand to notify them.
However you guys are quick to pass the buck and blame Shoprite. The last time i checked its an SA roadlink bus and not a shoprite bus. It is your responsibility to contact customer.
There is a reason why the ticket was booked for 2pm. This has really inconvenienced all parties involved as well as the safety of peoples lives. I will never refer anyone to you guys because this is the 3rd time you guys messed up. Evens if your tickets were R50 i would not use your service. My Partner now has to sit for 8 hours to board the next Bus as can not go back home. This has really spoilt our Easter weekend plans. You guys are pathetic and I am disgusted esp after I read all the other complaints.
