Will never book BA again

I made a complaint via the BA website on the 11 March. My complaint regarded not being able to transfer tickets to other people's names due to unforeseen circumstances such as death. Every other domestic airline is flexible in this regard (subject to admin fees of course).
To date, I have received no feedback on my complaint (Ref #10832727).
