Poor Service from SAA Voyage

I used 15500 of my voyager miles on 04/10/12 to book my partner a flight on 5th Oct. His meeting was cancelled and I then cancelled the booking with voyager, on afternoon of 4th Oct. I was promised that my miles and the R536 debited from my CC for the taxes, would be refunded back to me. I didn't take down the gentleman's name that I spoke to unfortunately. I called again on the 30/01/13 to enquire, spoke to Colin and he said that he can see that my request was noted but never acted on, so he would make sure that it was sorted out. He said they don't give ref. no. for the calls, but that I can quote his name and the date If I need to follow up again. Well, I just called today 25/03 to follow up and Lerato queried my previous call with Colin who simply answered that he doesn't remember my call or request, so nothing has been done again. Lerato investigated and said that she can pick up the flight I cancelled and that I must call Reegan/Reagan tomorrow who will manually sort this out for me - as Lerato doesn't usually work in the voyager department and cannot assist me. No ref. no. given, just Lerato and todays date as reference - I do hope that tomorrow Reegan can assist me finally
