We made arrangements with call center to jump of at the depo in Lenz South and the driver kicked us out of the bus for no reason at park station. He said its his bus and he can do what he pleases. The call center told him he has to drop us of at the depo. I paid for it so I deserve to be treated with respect and to be dropped of where I was supposed to jump of. We stood in the cold for an hour before another bus arrived. He left us not thinking how we will get home or if we have any money on us (which we didn't). We used our last finances to board this bus because it goes close to home. I was humiliated in front of a bus full of passengers. I emailed intercity but no response. Maybe because we are not important. No apology nothing. That driver needs to be sorted out. Imagine you trust them to get you home safely but they do this. This one driver will really make intercity loose customers. I advise you all think more than twice before you take this bus again. I will never and I will advise everyone I no to change their bus service because it could b you next!
