Ridiculous service!!!

I booked a flight with Kulula on Friday and chose the incorrect date on the Internet. A minute later when I got the confirmation with the ticket I realised I chose Sunday the 17th instead of Monday the 18th of March.
I immediately called Kulula customer service number and got through to the consultant and I explained what had just happened.
To my shock when they made the amendment from Sunday to Monday (which was by the way made in less than 5 minutes for everything- from the time I booked a date to the time the actual correction was made) and the price I paid was way more than I expected. They still made me pay airport taxes and I was charged a penalty to change the dates.
But really, this is bad customer service and also such a rip off. I am so disappointed, and even Megan was not even bothered to go into any details about the high charges just that it was airport taxes and the fee charged for the change.
