After 10 years of being a member, I have only once, 6 years ago been able to book a weekend breakaway (or bonus break away or any other sort of break away) in the Western Cape.
After a number of emails, phone calls etc. nothing has come of it.
When you phone, you get told to send an email, but these just fall into a black hole and nothing is done about them until you phone to follow up on the email.
I'm horrified at the terrible service offered by Holiday Club - I've been patient, but that too is running out!
