VERY BAD SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

I recently flew to the States via Abu Dhabi, on the way back, there was a 14 hour stop over, I had asked Byron about accomodation, and he said he'd look into it, he eventually said, that when i get there i must request a room. If you vis Emirates and your stop over is longer than 6 hours you automatically get a room, so flying Etihad, i had presumed the same thing. But Byron assured me it was ok, just request when i get there..I had booked the flight 3 months before my departure... When i arrived at Abu Dhabi, i was told that the Travel agent has to arrange the room prior to our arrival as there are limited rooms available, i had to pay $306.00 at the premier lounge for the 12 hours that i was there... I sent a letter to Flight Centre and i have heard Nothing
