Lack of support, dishonesty, cancellation

Due to financial implications I could not afford to pay both the loan and fees. I requested them to cancel or suspend the fees in which they declared the notification of a year or can only suspend the fees if I am a member five years. I confirmed my years of membership and suddenly they changed their view. I tried to sell the points but the company are only willing to buy for an amount of R5000. Points which Flexi club provided a monetary value of R94000. Where do they get these figures. I spoke to the salesperson whom sold the points to me and he also could not support. My loan needs to be settled first. You call this client service. I still owe R17000 on the loan. They handed me over to an attorney and since then I do not recieve any letters, correspondence, only phone calls and SMS' to pay and to avoid blacklisting. What happened to the savings? I am paying for something that I in the end will and cannot use and up till now paid an amount of approximately R33000 to the loan. Please help I need to know how can we get disclosure. What are my rights. I send them a letter provided by an attorney and they just ignore that too.
