Booking disaste

First time booking my flights with travelstart: made my life.
Firstly i could not check myself online, so on arriving at airport, my daughter was not on the system. i got awful seats. i was flying alone with 2 kids (one baby of 16 months). My son got another seat so i had to do the back and forth with a baby on my lap.
Then on coming back, same story, could not check in online, daughter was missing in the system, baby on lap again (while i requested a baby bassinet).
Just an awful experience and this is the last time i book with travelstart.
Flying is already not easy with two kids and they did not make things better.
