BUS LEAVING EARLY

I had people arriving in Warrenton at 9:10 to be on a Greyhound bus that had to depart on 9:30 on route to JHB, and no bus arrived and when they phoned they were told the bus already left! So clearly the bus left before schedule! Now they have been told that they are on standby for the next bus, meaning that they are not even guaranteed to have a seat on the next bus!
This is unacceptable!
