Paid for three contracts but never received the points or a refund. On 12/8/2011 I paid R 18, 600 for 4133 points (contract 251847), on 14/10/2011 I paid R 15, 600 for 6062 points (contract 251818) and on 12/9/2012 I paid R 15, 600 for 14000 points (contract 255300). I never received the points and could not receive a refund. Numerous emails, which included scanned copies of the contracts, were sent to 5 relevant email addresses and numerous phone calls have not resulted in an adequate response. I have now had to engage a lawyer. this is indicative of either gross incompetence or. I need either the points or a refund
