I would like to cancel a flight which I bought at 9:40pm 06/03/2013 however Kulula's terms and condition/policy states that a 100% cancellation fee applies. This is in contravention with the Consumer Protection Act, Section 17!
Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel. Why should I pay an extra charge for something which I would like to cancel 10min after I bought it? This transaction happened at 9:40pm so how could it possibly be an inconvenience. I refuse to pay a single cent for the cancellation.
Call me first thing in the morning, otherwise I WILL take this legal matter further. Sad how Kulula advertises to be the real "South African" Airline, guess you taking a page out of the government's book and being money sucking parasites!
