Two weeks ago i posted a report and head office replied that they have consulted with their branch in bellville about my case and that i will be refunded. Well i am still waiting to hear from them they are as quiete as the grave. I tried to call them but no answer even their customer care line is dead! What happened to them or are they so afraid to pay back. Very strange. Please head office! Remember your policy the customer always comes first? Or is it just words.
