Even thou I received a response from the so called head office saying that my deposit will be refunded today (the only way I could get a response was by putting the complaint on Hello Peter), still as expected, we have not received a single sent. I have once again phoned the office to speak to Phyllis or Lameez and they aren't available. So I was told to phone back again. No matter the costs I have to incur just to get my money back. Dream Vacation Club makes empty promises and knows NOTHING about CUSTOMER SERVICE!! How in this day and age is it possible for a company in this industry not to be super efficient on customer service. It makes a person wonder how they treat there staff and clients. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!!
