Not sorting out the problem!!!

Hello

Sandros couldn't get hold of me because when he phoned on my cell there was nobody on the other side of the call and the landline call went straight to your customer feedback.

I received the e-mail but it doesn't tell me why my phone was blacklisted? ; where my phone is? ; how & when do I get my phone back?
Why was the wrong phone sent back from Cell C repairs with my job sheet wrapped around it???
these are the things that need to be cleared. I NEED A SOLUTION!!!

I'M NO CLOSER TO HAVING MY PHONE BACK THAN A MONTH AGO!!!

The store is waiting to hear from head office, they've done as much as they can apparently. I'm waiting to hear from customer care/head office. The repairs centre Jbg say they've never received or worked on the phone. Team leaders/managers don't take calls or return them! I've only had a basic automated response because i posted on hellopeter & even that didn't get a result. No idea why it takes this long to sort out a problem!! Ja so-called customer service is a joke.
