I had to arrange for special care for my Mom on a flight to PE. Unfortunately she became very sick and passed away. Tamara Peters assisted me with the whole process, from arranging special care, putting the ticket on hold and on the end with the refund of the ticket. Being a very difficult time for me and my family she gone out of her way to assist me. Very big thanks to Tamara. I will definitely make use of Kulula for any future flights.
