I checked in early for a flight from Cape Town to JHB, and found a letter waiting - stating that arrangements have been made for me to stay another day, due to the flight being overbooked. I wrote to Comair on the 15th of Feb to complain about the poor service and the fact that nobody even said sorry. Now almost a month later they have not even confirmed receipt nor have they offered any apology. I wrote directly to the CEO Erik Venter, and copied their Cape Town office and BA in London, to date I have heard nothing.
I miss One Time, but Comair will never see my business again, they offload local passenger's to make way for International connecting passengers as in my case post the Mining Indaba, without even a simple apology, shame on Comair!
