I am completely disappointed by Kulula and will not fly with them again. I booked two plane tickets and was not able to use them as plans changed and I could not travel. I tried changing the bookings and names. The call centre galdly changed the ticket and charged me an exorbitant fee only to then let me know that name changes were not allowed. So now I have two plane tickets which i have no idea what to with them as I am unable to change the name. All other airlines allow for name changes except Kulula. The response I got was to call the call centre and ask them which I did a few times and they all say that no name changes are allowed and that is final. So frustrated and what a waste of money becuase now i need to make another change and pay another fee fo a flight i d not know when I will use.
