I travel by bus from Richwood to Cape Town. Bus services in that area are limited with only 3 buses in the morning i.e. 06:00, 06:45 and 07:00. The 06:45 is the most suitable one for my requirements but recently a few people getting on the bus in Bothasig started complaining that they arrive late at their jobs. You travel by bus!!! You are bound to be influenced by traffic!!! Take the earlier bus!!! Then one day this random gentleman gets on the bus and announces that he is aware of the complaints and he will make the bus 10 minutes earlier effective the next Monday. This did not happen yesterday (18/02/2013), but this morning there was no 06:45 bus. I had to get on the 07:00 bus, and the driver informed me that he noticed the other bus driving past him and was wondering what was going on. NOBODY was formally told about this change in schedule. If there is such a demand, introduce more buses. Explain to me how you can just change a published schedule [URL Removed] and then deviate from that without any notice whatsoever. Jumping on a bus and broadcasting it, does not count!
