Increase in flight tickets due to poor service

I am incredibly frustrated in the shocking service I received by Kulula.

I attempted to book 2 flights from Durban to Johannesburg online. Every time I checked out I received an error. The total for my two tickets at that point was under R3 000. I attempted for the fourth time & at this point I was fed up & decided to phone Kulula's call centre. Both myself &my fiance phoned at the exact same time the woman dealing with my fiance said that the seats were fully booked, the woman I was chatting to told me that there were a number of seats available. We had to be the intermediary of these two woman across the phone where both were saying the other was incorrect. Both of them informed us that they could be of no assistance. At this point both my fiance & I were fuming. We then decided to attempt one last time to book our tickets where we finally manged to book 2 flight tickets but at this point we now had to pay over R4 000 as the fares had increased. How is it that I have to now deal with paying extra for a mistake or fault that was not mine. There was no form of assistance whatsoever in this issue.

This is not the first time that Kulula has been disappointing.
