Not a good service

Pauline at Scotthaven Tokai, treated us with no respect when we rented her 1st floor apartment between 23/12/2012 - 03/01/2013. Our children couldn't talk loud or make a noise while playing in the pool. There was no privacy, as the staircase linked the two floors, she could hear every single thing we did and what we said. After spending a night and day, we moved out and we expected her to a least give us something back from the R8000 deposit we paid. But she would not. Her website was updated in December 2012 and before that nothing was mentioned about forfeiting your money between certain days. She also charged me for the cash deposit i made into her bank account, because the bank charged her R65. Pauline should not rent out her place when she cannot handle the noise of kids and young adult enjoying a holiday.
