Mango Airlines
Unlawfully removed from Mango flight

Here are the summarised facts :
- The Mango official at Lanseria verbally consented to my ammunition being checked in
- Mango flew my ammunition to Cape Town without any objection or alarm being raised
- Lanseria Airport clearly and publicly states that sporting ammunition is allowed to be checked in legally, so passengers to and from that airport must be allowed to check-in sporting ammunition
- Airport security and SAPS cleared me to fly after seeing the facts but Mango didn't
- If Mango does not adhere to the destination airport's rules, can they be allowed to fly there legally?

Here are my grievances:
- I had to arrange an extra return transfer from Stellenbosh to Cape Town airport after being removed from the flight
- Extra night's accommodation in Stellenbosch
- Extra day's parking for my vehicle at Lanseria
- Cost of courier to transport my ammunition up to Pretoria separately
- Missed appointment in Pretoria next day resulting in a family member forfeiting his rent deposit
- Embarrassment of being removed from an airplane like a criminal for both my wife and I
